By using BarPulse, a product of MVLabs LLC, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use BarPulse.

Your content

Rate the service and experience, not individuals. Do not name specific staff members or share anyone’s personal or contact information.
No harassment, hate, threats, spam, or illegal content.
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience.
You are responsible for what you post. We may withhold or remove content, and restrict accounts, that violate these terms.

Reporting

You can report any signal from within the app. Repeated or serious violations may result in content removal or an account restriction.

No warranty

BarPulse is provided “as is”. Ratings and notes are user-generated opinions and are not endorsements or statements of fact by MVLabs LLC. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any venue information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVLabs LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of BarPulse.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
